RETURN POLICY
We are pleased to offer 60-day returns for items shipped within the contiguous United States. You may return products within 30-days of purchase subject to the conditions described below. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment, and will be reflected within 14 business days after your return or exchange is processed.

For international returns, you may send the items back through your carrier of choice. Please contact contact@hamburcat.com to initiate a return and provide the tracking number on your shipping label. We do not cover the cost of international return shipping.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Sofa covers may be returned up to 30 days of purchase in new, unused, condition with all tags attached and original packaging included. Please note that our return policy only applies to items purchased on hamburcat.com, and not through our retail partners.
- You may return a maximum of two (2) of each particular product per initial order, validated by a customer name or shipping address.
- FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange once ordered/purchased.
- In the event that a product arrives damaged, we ask that you send a photo to contact@hamburcat.com along with your order number to help us identify manufacturing flaws, and to share with our supplier and distribution center for quality assurance purposes.
